From start to finish, Danielle consistently exceeded my expectations. During the search process, she was a huge help in refining the list of possibilities so that we only spent time visiting properties that were likely matches for me. Both her familiarity with the various neighborhoods in the area, and her identification of and attention to my key criteria saved time in searching and I ended up in a perfect place. When the time came to make an offer, counter offer, and finally complete the purchase, she was always one step ahead of me explaining what to expect and what I'd need to bring to the table. The house I'm in would definitely have sold to someone else if she hadn't been on top of things, as there was at least one backup offer when we closed. When we made the offer, she made sure to include everything I needed, and identified several items in my favor that I would've never caught. After the sale, she's continued to be a trusted resource for contractor referrals, and has even stopped by on several occasions to visit and see how things are going. I can absolutely recommend Danielle without any hesitation. Even though my transaction was a purchase, I saw the effort she put into her sale properties as well, and have no doubt she'd be just as impressive as a selling agent. She was never out of contact, often answering emails late into the evening and always returning calls promptly in the rare case she wasn't available to pick up the phone.
